Be very careful with this shop. I took my truck in for a specific electrical inspection that was supposed to cost $120. Without my authorization, they decided to inspect the A/C as well and charged me an additional $180 for it. I ended up paying $300 just for inspections. It is unprofessional and dishonest to perform services that weren't requested and then force the customer to pay. I strongly suggest you stay away from this place unless you want to be overcharged. They take advantage of people.

Took my truck to replace a muffled bad idea they put the a new muffler took off the catalytic off my 1983 truck said it did not need it took the eccs unit. When I called said his employee would not do that . I would not go there WARNING CANT BE TRUSTED.

Six years ago the service here was excellent, but it has declined badly since then. The place now has exaggerated prices. I went in for a muffler installation and was charged $300. The system was leaking afterward, so I took it to Ernie’s Muffler & Brake Inc. across the freeway, where they confirmed it was a bad installation — and they would have only charged me $160 for the same job. Not to mention, the owner/manager in charge has an awful attitude. Also, make sure to double-check what they charge to your card. They don’t give you a voucher or receipt, and I was charged an extra $87. Good luck trying to get a refund. Go to Ernie's Muffler & Brake Inc instead — don’t waste your money here.

I went to get my suv checked on 10/21/2025. They charged me for everything 1248.56. My son in law came in and checked the pricing of everything online and he came to an estimate total of 200 in parts. So basically these guy's scammed me and not just that when they quoted me another job 222 for each control arms and 360 labor. We checked online for 2 control arms 190. They didnt provide no receipts of the parts. Don't go there these men are scammers.

I took my car in because I thought the water pump was busted and I had warranty at the shop. The actual problem was a heater hose. I was told it was a very difficult job and it would be $368 total. I okayed it because I trusted these guys and I was in a hurry when they called. I pick up the car this afternoon and check the work at home. This job was not worth what they said at all. The actual hose was not as difficult as they made it out to get to, and how are you going to charge $70 of antifreeze and not itemize any of the parts? (See receipt in picture). The labor they said was $150. They have an engine cleaning fee and diagnostic fee. I know because I’ve been here before. They do good work, but be careful with the easy jobs. They’ll charge an arm and a leg for those, too. Too bad El Paso doesn’t have better mechanics at decent prices. Buyer beware and double check your car with a friend or AutoZone before bringing it here if you’re on a budget.
